Job Context
- Target oriented Job and Responsible for selling Liability Products of ONE Bank PLC under Retail Banking Davison.
- We are looking for Trainee Sales Officer to SSO for deploying at Liabilities Dept. ONE Bank Limited
- Direct Selling & marketing products through at Customer Points. Preferable for All Retail Products, SME Loan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
Employment Status: Full-time, Contractual but continue with hearted responsibility up to 2 years for permanent.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).
- Ability to sell retail Liability products (Opening different types of CASA Deposit Accounts, Scheme Deposits and booking Term Deposits etc.
- To achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
- Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required
- information and documents from prospective customers.
- Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship with new clients by offering proper products and services.
- Ensuring KYC and genuineness of all documents collected from the clients.
- Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Ensuring strict compliance of OBL’s rules, regulations and HR policies.
- Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing services.
